ImgCutout is run by an independent developer, and every message is read and answered personally, usually within two business days.
Write to contact@imgcutout.com from any email account. No sign-up or login is needed.
What to include
- Bug reports: your browser and version, your device (for example "iPhone 13, iOS 18" or "Windows 11 laptop"), what you clicked, and what happened. A screenshot of the problem helps, but please do not send the photo you were processing if it is personal.
- Poor cutouts: describe the subject (hair, glass, a group of people) and the settings you used. If you are happy to share the image, attach it to an email; we will use it only to investigate the issue and delete it afterwards.
- Guide corrections: the page address and what is wrong or out of date, ideally with a link to the official source.
- Privacy requests: say which right you want to exercise. See the Privacy Policy for details.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover images you processed earlier: they were never uploaded, so we never had a copy. We also cannot remove ads from individual pages on request, or help with your Google account or ad settings; for those, use the Privacy choices link in the footer or Google Ads Settings.
